Your Disintegrate (Q) and Incinerate (W) can now critically strike, so the burst you follow up with after a Pyromania (Passive) stun hits much harder.
Gain Ability Haste equal to 20% Ability Power.
Building Ability Power now also lowers your cooldowns, so you cast more spells and reach the Pyromania (Passive) stun more often in each fight.
Permanently gain 1 Ability Power when you hit an enemy with an Ability. If taken after round 4, gain 40 Ability Power.
You cast Disintegrate (Q) and Incinerate (W) often on short cooldowns, so you keep hitting enemies and stack Ability Power steadily across rounds.
