The extra Health raises the max Health damage of your Soul Furnace (W) detonation and keeps you alive while you charge Decimating Smash (Q).
Gain increased size and percent bonus Health per takedown.
Soul Furnace (W) already grants max Health on takedowns, and Tank Engine adds percent bonus Health per takedown too, growing your W detonation damage.
Your Attacks deal additional physical damage equal to 3.5% of your max Health.
The max Health you stack through Soul Furnace (W) becomes damage on every attack, and the rapid attacks of Glory in Death (passive) apply it many times.
