First-Aid Kit raises the healing of your Astral Infusion (W) and Wish (R), so each heal keeps your teammates alive through more burst in fights.
Your Heals and Shields are stronger when used on an ally.
Astral Infusion (W) can only target another ally, so every cast gets the All For You bonus and your main heal becomes stronger.
Healing and Health Regen you do deals a portion of the value as magic damage to the nearest enemy champion.
Your Astral Infusion (W), Wish (R) and the Rejuvenation from Starcall (Q) also damage the nearest enemy champion, so your constant healing adds real pressure.
