Light Binding (Q), Lucent Singularity (E) and Final Spark (R) all reach far, so you can hit champions from long range and trigger Trueshot Barrage often.

Your burst comes from Lucent Singularity (E) and Final Spark (R), so letting those Abilities Critically Strike can make a single combo hit much harder.
Hitting an enemy with a non-Ultimate Ability at far range drastically reduces its Cooldown.
