Graves, the Outlaw, is a ranged marksman champion. In fights Graves is a durable champion who deals physical damage in bursts. Here are the augments Graves players take most, the Prismatic items worth grabbing and the core build on patch 26.20.
You are now melee. Gain Attack Damage, Health, Attack Speed, Lifesteal, and Move Speed based on how much Attack Range you lost.
The attack speed and lifesteal speed up your shotgun attacks, and each bullet hit lowers the cooldown of Quickdraw (E), so you dash and stack resistances more often.
After using a Dash, Blink, or Teleport Ability you gain Armor and Magic Resist.
Every Quickdraw (E) dash already grants True Grit resistances, and Outlaw's Grit stacks more Armor and Magic Resist on top, making you very hard to burst.
Gain Deceive Summoner Spell. Deceive: You teleport and become Invisible. Your next Attack while Invisible deals additional physical damage. When you die, spawn an exploding box that deals a large amount of magic damage and Fear nearby enemies.
Deceive adds a second reposition on top of Quickdraw (E), letting you blink into close range where more of your New Destiny (passive) shotgun bullets connect.
