Phenomenal Evil Power (passive) keeps raising your Ability Power, which now also raises your Ability Haste, so Dark Matter (W) and Primordial Burst (R) come back faster.

Primordial Burst (R) already deals massive damage to low targets, and a crit on it can delete an enemy outright from much higher health.
