Shaco, the Demon Jester, is a melee assassin champion. In fights Shaco is a fragile champion who deals physical damage in bursts. Here are the augments Shaco players take most, the Prismatic items worth grabbing and the core build on patch 26.20.
Gain Deceive Summoner Spell. Deceive: You teleport and become Invisible. Your next Attack while Invisible deals additional physical damage. When you die, spawn an exploding box that deals a large amount of magic damage and Fear nearby enemies.
Clown College adds a Deceive summoner spell alongside Deceive (Q), giving you an extra teleport, Invisibility and empowered attack, plus a fearing box on death.
Your dash, leap, blink, or teleport Abilities gain 200 Ability Haste.
Deceive (Q) is a teleport, so it gains 200 Ability Haste and you can go invisible and reposition behind enemies far more often for Backstab (passive) attacks.
Your Abilities apply an infinitely stacking Burn, dealing magic damage over time. Your Burn effects reduce your basic Ability Cooldowns.
Your Two-Shiv Poison (E) throws apply Burn, and your Burn effects shorten basic Ability cooldowns, so you throw shivs and place Jack In The Box (W) more often.
