Talon, the Blade's Shadow, is a melee assassin champion. In fights Talon is a fragile champion who deals physical damage in bursts. Here are the augments Talon players take most, the Prismatic items worth grabbing and the core build on patch 26.20.
Gain Deceive Summoner Spell. Deceive: You teleport and become Invisible. Your next Attack while Invisible deals additional physical damage. When you die, spawn an exploding box that deals a large amount of magic damage and Fear nearby enemies.
Deceive gives you a second invisible engage alongside Shadow Assault (R), letting you reach backliners unseen and open with a bonus-damage attack before Noxian Diplomacy (Q).
Gain 15% Armor Penetration and Magic Penetration.
Noxian Diplomacy (Q), Rake (W), Shadow Assault (R) and the Blade's End (passive) bleed all deal physical damage, so armor penetration boosts your whole combo.
After casting your Ultimate, mark all enemy champions for death. While marked, store damage dealt to them, and detonate the damage when the mark ends.
Casting Shadow Assault (R) marks every enemy champion, so your Rake (W), Noxian Diplomacy (Q) and Blade's End bleed damage builds up a stored detonation when the mark ends.
