Rumble, the Mechanized Menace, is a melee fighter and mage champion. In fights Rumble is a durable champion who deals magic damage over extended fights. Here are the augments Rumble players take most, the Prismatic items worth grabbing and the core build on patch 26.20.
Your Abilities apply an infinitely stacking Burn, dealing magic damage over time. Your Burn effects reduce your basic Ability Cooldowns.
Flamespitter (Q) and The Equalizer (R) keep your Burn stacking on enemies, and the cooldown refunds let you cast your basic abilities more often.
Your Abilities can Critically Strike. Gain Crit Chance.
Your Electro Harpoon (E) can crit, and with two charges you get two chances for a big hit that also lowers the target's Magic Resist.
Convert Bonus Attack Damage to Ability Power. Gain 10% Ability Power.
Your whole kit scales with Ability Power, so the 10% bonus boosts Flamespitter (Q), Electro Harpoon (E) and The Equalizer (R), and any bonus Attack Damage becomes usable.
