Permanently gain 1 Ability Power when you hit an enemy with an Ability. If taken after round 4, gain 40 Ability Power.
Every enemy you hit with Mistral Bolt (Q), Personal Space (W) or Looming Darkness (E) permanently grants Ability Power, so frequent casts stack it up across rounds.
