Permanently gain 1 Ability Power when you hit an enemy with an Ability. If taken after round 4, gain 40 Ability Power.
Breath of Light (Q) and Singularity (E) let you hit enemies with abilities every fight, steadily stacking permanent Ability Power across rounds.
