Healing or Shielding an ally grants you permanent Cursed Power. Gain Ability Haste based on your Cursed Power.
Ebb and Flow (W) heals your ally when it reaches them, building Cursed Power, and the Ability Haste lets you cast W and Aqua Prison (Q) more often.
Gain 20% Heal and Shield Power.
Ebb and Flow (W) is your main healing, so the extra Heal and Shield Power makes it restore more Health to your ally whenever it hits them.
Healing or Shielding increases your Ability damage by 2%, stacking infinitely for the round.
Every ally healed by Ebb and Flow (W) adds a stack, so longer rounds raise the damage of your Aqua Prison (Q), W and Tidal Wave (R).
