Your burst comes from several separate ability hits, Ice Shard (Q), Ring of Frost (W), Glacial Path (E) and Frozen Tomb (R), and each one can now crit.
Gain Ability Haste equal to 20% Ability Power.
Extra haste lets you root with Ring of Frost (W) more often and brings Frozen Tomb (R) back sooner, whether you stun a target or save yourself.
Permanently gain 1 Ability Power when you hit an enemy with an Ability. If taken after round 4, gain 40 Ability Power.
Ice Shard (Q) also hits enemies behind its first target and Ring of Frost (W) hits everyone around you, making it easy to land abilities and stack AP.
